Job Description : Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, an Account Advisor develops and maintains trusting, confident, long-term professional customer relationships. They are responsible for upselling new subscription services and products and ensuring the customer needs are met and understood by each department in the Company. The advisor handles customer complaints, works to find solutions, and collaborates with other departments so that customers experience a positive client-company relationship. The Account Advisor also provides support to create clear, realistic KPI’s, schedules meetings, and coordinates product releases and enhancements.

The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving and communication skills and is responsible for team leadership, project management, technical oversight, quality assurance, deployment, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, agile methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with the following technologies:
- Frontend: React, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
- Backend: .NET MVC, ADO.NET, EF Core
- Database: SQL Server (preferred) or similar
- Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS
- Mobile: Java, React Native
- Proven experience with designing and building highly scalable & cost-effective cloud-based applications
