An Account Manager is responsible for making sure client and customer needs are being met and understood by each department in the company including handling any client complaints, working to find solutions to any client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship by performing the following duties.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the Customer Success Engineer’s primary role is to provide an exceptional experience for internal team members and customers. This position will be required to interface directly with customers to communicate, manage, and implement technical requirements, including partnering with Implementation Managers to successfully onboard and launch the platform to customers. This person is a problem solver and will insert himself into any technical role required to ensure the long-term success of each.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the Orders and Inventory Success Agent will be the first line of communication, building the foundation between our customers and our Company. This position will be required to manage the order process from beginning to end, including invoicing and quality control.

Customer Success Route Logistics Specialist - Georgetown, TX (hybrid or remote, if approved)

Job Description :

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the Route Logistics Specialist works closely with new and existing clients, providing customized and detailed training of the Company's routing software and all of our products. They work closely with Implementation Managers, Orders & inventory teams, and Support teams, collaborating on projects and providing the status of open projects. They also operate in a team and are responsible for each internal and external training aspect. This includes client consultation to include demos, conducting training needs analysis, and developing measurable objectives aligned with product development. Route Logistic Specialists are core contributors to the direct success of our Company operations.

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the Orders Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for strategic procurement of inventory stock. This position will oversee and direct the administrative functions and operations of the order processing and fulfillment team.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Implementation Program Manager, the Implementations Manager's primary role is to oversee the implementation of our system into a new school district. They create and manage an implementation pathway and timeline based on the discovery of a district's goal. They provide on-site or remote training of the Company's product(s) to school districts to ensure successful comprehension of how a district can utilize our system for their transportation operations.

Summer 2024 Part-Time Position (June 17-Aug 16) - Card Printing Assistant - Georgetown, TX

Job Description :

Work with the Card Printing Manager on various tasks related to the student ID cards, including preparing cards and printer ribbons, printing student ID cards, cleaning printers, and sorting, packaging and preparing cards to ship. Standing is required. Between 16-28 hours per week at $14.00-$16.00 hour.
