We collect information necessary to provide our transportation management services, including student ridership data, route information, and contact details provided by school districts. Parent app users may provide contact information to receive notifications.
Information is used solely to provide and improve the SMART tag™ service, including real-time ridership tracking, parent notifications, and district reporting. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure, a world-class cloud infrastructure with industry-leading security certifications. We follow FERPA guidelines for student data protection.
We take student privacy seriously. Student data is collected and used only as directed by the school district and in accordance with applicable laws including FERPA and COPPA. We do not use student data for advertising purposes.
